Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully below:
1. Cancellations
You can cancel your SaaS Ecommerce Store Builder subscription (monthly or yearly) at any time directly through your merchant dashboard or by contacting support at info@hodmedia.in.
Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
No further automated renewal charges will be made.
2. Refunds for SaaS Store Builder
Since we offer a fully functional sandbox environment to test and configure your storefront before subscribing, refunds are handled as follows:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.
Approved refund requests will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
After the first 7 days, subscription charges are non-refundable.
3. Refunds for Meta Ads Packages
Meta Ads campaign setups (2 Days, 7 Days, and 30 Days plans) are digital advertising management services.
Once campaign setup, creative designing, and audience research has commenced, the setup fee is non-refundable.
If you request a cancellation before campaign initialization/creative designing begins, we will issue a 100% refund of the setup fee.
All third-party Meta ad spend budget paid directly to Meta is managed by Meta and is strictly non-refundable by HOD Media.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to info@hodmedia.in with your registered store name, customer name, email address, transaction date, and reason for the refund request. We will review your request within 24-48 hours.
